Hear what our graduates are saying.

The culture of the company is very welcoming, and the support provided by management has helped me step into my role with confidence. Hanson has provided me with all the tools to succeed and I look forward to where the MDP program will take me. – Robert Balan, Current Management Graduate Trainee in Brisbane

It’s a hands-on program that gives you a birds-eye view of what Hanson and the industry is all about. With that, you find out where you fit in and how you can have a hand in taking the progression of the company forward. This opportunity is extremely rewarding and definitely one of a kind.  - Annaliese Draper, Current Management Graduate Trainee in Perth

The MDP has given me a great amount of exposure to the industry, and the support and development provided by the senior leadership team and my peers has helped me help the business to succeed. I now sit in a role where I make strategic long-term decisions to help the business achieve Heidelberg Cement’s Global Sustainability goals- something I had always hoped I would be doing coming out of University. – Nick Dennis, Former MDP currently a Sustainability and Planning Lead in Brisbane
