COVID-19 Customer Update – Hanson Site Access

Dear Valued Customer,

Hanson continues to work with our stakeholders and industry to ensure we are Covid Safe and comply with
latest NSW Health orders. The most recent NSW Health orders can be found on the link below.

NSW Health guidance provided last week dictates that from 21 August Hanson employees will need to
comply with the same vaccination requirements as construction workers when entering a construction site.

Up until 21 August, the attached exemption has been provided for our employees.

As such Hanson will ensure that any deliveries from 21 August requiring a Hanson employee to enter a
construction site will comply with the NSW Health order. From this date employees from a declared LGAs
who need to enter a construction site will comply with the vaccination and testing requirements.

The Hanson team continue to work to increase vaccination rates amongst our team. Over the last week we
have seen a significant increase and by 21 August we will be in a strong position. This effort will continue
until our team is fully vaccinated.

The kerbside is not defined as the construction site. Therefore any Kerbside delivery or testing is not
captured by the health order regarding construction. If your site is set up this way please let us know so we
can manage our resourcing accordingly and maximise service to you.

We understand these are challenging times for the industry and we are grateful for the support and
