- Hanson’s Magill and Port Adelaide plants supplied 15,000 cubic metres of 32MPa of premixed concrete until October 2009.
- Construction took one year to complete, with part of the hotel opened to customers in December 2009, followed by a full-opening in February 2010.
- The hotel is located in Adelaide’s Hindmarsh Square in the middle of the Central Business District and features 300 rooms over sixteen levels.
