Customers now have even more information at their fingertips with the introduction of an SMS service.

Hanson is providing 3 types of SMS messages to keep our customers informed of their order status;

• First Load
• Unconfirmed Orders
• Late Load

Tony Pearson, CSC Manager explains how the SMS program was initially introduced at Hanson.

"One of the key pieces of feedback we received from last years customer survey was that customers want us to keep them informed about their order. This does exactly that," he says.

At this stage, this service is only available in Metropolitan areas for Concrete and Aggregate orders and deliveries. 

A series of "count down" SMS messages will be issued to recent site contacts announcing the introduction of the service. The full service will be initiated from October 18th.
