Hanson only uses recruitment agencies with whom we have agreed service standards, terms and conditions. All unsolicited CVs / resumes from other recruitment agencies will be considered Hanson property and Hanson will not be obligated to pay a referral fee.
This includes CVs / resumes submitted directly to hiring managers without previous contact with human resources. Any agency interested in doing business with Hanson must contact human resources and not departmental managers.
